Samantha Seda, Adolescent and Juvenile Justice Liaison

Samantha Carmen Seda (Adolescent and Juvenile Justice Liaison) was born and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn.  She is a graduate of CUNY Law School and is currently a Senior Trial Attorney for the Adolescent Intervention & Diversion project which she began in Queens County at The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Division.

Prior to joining The Legal Aid Society, Samantha was an administrative law judge for the State of New York where she focused on worker’s compensation, welfare benefits and Medicaid.  Prior to that, she worked in conjunction with in house counsel for The Miracle Makers, a non for profit organization based in Brownsville, Brooklyn where she provided needed assistance to the community on various issues focusing on poverty law.
